We provide clean comfortable rooms and the best location in town.
Arrivals: Guests are welcome to check in after 3:00 p.m.
Our front desk is open from Noon-8pm Guests arriving later then 8pm should call before then to see if they can arrange a later check-in.
At Check-in: You will need a credit card to check in with to pay for your stay. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
Checkouts:
Guests are requested to check out by 11:00 a.m. In the case of a delayed departure, luggage may be stored.
Common rooms: Our lobby, banquet room and sitting room are all common rooms, where guests are always welcome to sit and relax with a good book or take advantage of our free wireless internet.
Pets: Pets cannot be accommodated. We can recommend places to board pets.
Roll-aways: All rooms contain one bed with the exception of our twin rooms. With advance notice, A roll-away bed may be added to some rooms at no additional charge.
Two-night stays: Required for weekend stays. (Hall of Fame Induction Weekend requires a Three night stay)
50% deposit
required for stays of 3 nights or more or 3 rooms or more. 30-day cancellation policy for each night reserved for rooms requiring deposits.
Late arrival/early departure: Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures are considered to be cancellations and are subject to our cancellation policy.
Parking: There is free limited parking in the rear of our building
and Free and paid parking options available near the inn year-round, all within a one-two minute walk.
Holiday weekends
Summer rates apply for all holiday weekends Fri, Sat
There is a 5% processing fee charged on all cancellations prior to the cancellation date. (5% of the room rate x the number of days canceled)
Notification of Cancellation
3-day cancellation policy:
*3-days prior to check in date for a one or two night stay/reservation.
If you cancel inside that period you are responsible for the room unless we are able to rent it in full.
3 days prior to your date of arrival to call and cancel to avoid being responsible for the reservation in full.
As long as you do you would just be charged our 5% processing fee.
If you call to cancel between your date of arrival and 3 days prior to your date of arrival
then you would be responsible for your reservation in full unless we are able to resell the room at full value.
30-day cancellation policy:
*30-Days prior to check in date for Holiday weekends and reservations requiring a deposit.
(stays greater then two nights or booking more then two rooms)
If you cancel inside that period you are responsible for the room unless we are able to rent it in full.
30 days prior to your date of arrival to call and cancel to avoid being responsible for the reservation in full. As long as you do, you would just be charged our 5% processing fee. If you call to cancel between your date of arrival and 30 days prior to your date of arrival then you would be responsible for your reservation in full unless we are able to resell the room at full value.

The cancellation period is used to attempt to resell the reservation on your behalf, each day we are able to resell successfully you will not be charged for. In general the more time we have the better we can do on your behalf.
Your credit card account number is only used to reserve and guarantee your reservation and will not be charged
(except in the case of a deposit or cancellation)

Rates and cancellation policies may vary on weekends & holidays.
Vacancies caused by late arrivals or early departures:

Cancellation Example:
For example, if a room is reserved for Christmas: A cancellation on or before December 22nd (3 nights prior to Christmas) is subject to a 5% fee;
a cancellation after the 22nd is responsible for the cost of the room unless we can rent it for you.
